What’s up! I'm Verge Wolley

I work with ADHD & ADHD-ish activists, artists, and community workers -

including organizers, educators, healers, therapists, nonprofit workers, and others engaged in building more liberated futures.

My mission is to make sure our neurodivergent movement leaders and members have the support and tools we need to keep building the revolution for the long-term, with joy, balance, and intention.

Thanks for coming to check out my work. I’m glad you’re here.

The radical creativity and vision of neurodivergent radicals has the potential to make or break our movements.

But only with the support and tools that allow us to bring our ideas to life.

You care deeply about your community, your art, your activism, your vision for a better world.

But somewhere along the way, you've become overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck.

So much of your time and energy gets swallowed up by overwhelm, burnout, unfinished tasks, and the constant feeling that you're somehow falling behind.

You have ideas you care about deeply, but struggle to turn them into reality. You know you're capable of more, but every attempt to get organized seems to fall apart after a few weeks.

Maybe you've spent years wondering why everyone else seems able to manage life more easily than you can.

Maybe you've tried countless planners, apps, systems, and productivity hacks. Maybe they worked for a few weeks, or a few months, before falling apart. Maybe you've started to wonder if you'll ever be able to get on top of things—or if this is just how life is always going to feel.

If you're anything like many of the people I work with, you're not struggling because you don't care enough, aren't trying hard enough, or lack discipline. In fact, the opposite is often true.

The clients I work with are often carrying a tremendous amount. They care deeply about the people and causes they are committed to. They have big visions, strong values, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the world around them.

What they often don't have is enough support, enough rest, enough ADHD-friendly tools, or enough space to figure out how to do all of this sustainably.

How I Can Help

My coaching integrates practical ADHD support with a liberatory lens. Together, we work on developing concrete skills and systems while also examining the internalized ableism, capitalism, and other forms of oppression that may be shaping your relationship to work, time, productivity, rest, and self-worth.

This work is not about optimizing you for capitalism. It is not about squeezing more productivity out of your life.

It's about creating a life that feels more sustainable, intentional, and aligned with what you care about.

It is about helping you develop the skills, structures, support, and self-understanding necessary to live more intentionally and sustainably within the realities we face.

That means we absolutely work on the concrete challenges that brought you here:

  • Time management

  • Prioritization

  • Planning

  • Task initiation

  • Follow-through

  • Organization

  • Accountability

  • Burnout

  • Overwhelm

But we don't stop there.

Together, we also explore the beliefs, survival strategies, and internalized oppressions that may be shaping your relationship to those challenges.

We examine questions like:

  • What expectations about productivity have you inherited?

  • Which of your coping strategies are helping you survive, and which are preventing you from thriving?

  • How has internalized ableism shaped your sense of self-worth?

  • What would it look like to build systems that support your actual brain rather than an imagined neurotypical version of yourself?

  • How do we create sustainability without abandoning the work and communities you care about?
